What problem does this solve? Life.Church works with 10 key vendors across print, apparel, and promo. Without a single view, it's easy to miss which vendors are running over budget, delivering unusable product, or becoming a large enough share of a vendor's revenue that losing our business would hurt them — a dependency risk worth monitoring.
How to use it: Start by selecting a Year and Category at the top. The three summary cards give you a quick read on total spend vs. projection, billing accuracy (vendor-reported cost vs. what's in Intacct), and product shrinkage rate. In the vendor table, red cells flag values over the limit and yellow cells flag watch-list items — scan these first. Click any vendor row to drill into that vendor's year-over-year cost trends, shrinkage history, and a revenue concentration meter showing how dependent they are on Life.Church.
